Essence Healing
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Essence Healing and its clients via the website and associated online platforms.
A “client” is any natural person who books or uses paid or free services offered by Essence Healing.
Essence Healing provides digital content, online sessions, community access, workshops, courses, and spiritual or personal development formats.
All services are intended for self-reflection, awareness, and personal development.
They do not constitute medical, psychotherapeutic, psychological, or healing treatment and do not replace professional medical or therapeutic care.
Participation takes place at the client’s own responsibility.
The services of Essence Healing are intended exclusively for persons 18 years of age or older.
By booking, the client confirms that they meet this age requirement.
A contract is concluded when the client completes the booking process via the online checkout and submits payment successfully.
By placing an order, the client accepts these General Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
All prices are stated in euros (EUR).
Unless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive of VAT, in accordance with the applicable small business regulation or tax rules.
Essence Healing reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.
The price displayed at the time of booking applies.
Payment is due immediately upon booking.
Payment processing is carried out via secure external payment service providers, in particular Stripe (credit or debit card), PayPal or Apple Pay.
Essence Healing does not store any payment data.
Responsibility for payment security lies with the respective payment provider.
If a subscription includes a trial period, access is granted free of charge for the specified duration.
After the trial period ends, the subscription automatically converts into a paid subscription at the stated monthly price, unless cancelled beforehand.
Subscriptions can be cancelled by the client at any time before the next billing period.
Upon cancellation, access to paid content and community areas ends at the conclusion of the current billing period.
Refunds for already paid periods are excluded.
Access to digital content, courses, and community spaces is granted for the duration of the active booking or subscription.
Essence Healing reserves the right to temporarily restrict access for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
There is no entitlement to permanent availability of specific content or formats.
Essence Healing is liable only for intent and gross negligence.
No liability is assumed for personal, health-related, emotional, or financial decisions made by clients based on the provided content or sessions.
Clients are fully responsible for their own well-being, actions, and decisions.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
If legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the registered location of Essence Healing.
